Press delivery, product orientation, available space and flexible post press configuration sometimes almost appear to be incompatible. RIMA-SYSTEM conveying systems ensure that the printed products always move the "right way" even under challenging production conditions. With floor and overhead conveying systems as well as multiple divert gates and switching systems, RIMA-SYSTEM offers greatest flexibility for the configuration of conveying lines. Unique spiral solutions, 180°-conveyors and deserters allow customization of the conveying system to the printers' individual needs. The fast and secure transport of products is always ensured - whether for newspapers, books, catalogues or inserts.
Our Heavy-Duty flat belt conveyors transport the shingled stream and single products fast and safely from the folder delivery to the different stations of the Post Press areas in the print room, the mailroom and in the bindery.
With the RIMA-SYSTEM Spiral Conveyors products can be transported with the highest speed and minimum space requirements. Difficult configurations, compensation of big height differences, turning ofproducts in small spaces - everything possible with the Spiral, "S"and "C" conveyors from RIMA-SYSTEM.
RIMA-SYSTEM Overhead conveyors are an intelligent alternative to floor conveyor belts. In complex installations and confined spaces, the operator gains fast and direct access to all machines through the use of overhead systems. They are ideal for overcoming long distances.
The 90° bumpturn realigns the shingled stream: e.g. products running with spine to side are redirected spine leading. Alternatively, the products run through the 90° flowturn without realignment. The multiformat bumpturn flowturn combination is used for two streams running above each other.
The RIMA-SYSTEM Stream Separator separates a shingled stream of nested products or two parallel shingled streams into two separate streams.
Do you need to turn your products from title to back? Do you want to put a label or address on the backside of your products? Whether shingled stream or single product, our inverting modules make sure that your products are on the "right side".
Conveyors transport the stacked products safely to the robot palletizer. Turntables redirect and distribute the stacks between different lines
