The centric log gripper is the ideal complement to the stack gripper. It offers integrated log rotation and the ability to place logs on the long or short side of the pallet. Optional is the simultaneous palletizing of two short logs.
Packing plans can be created, modified and saved via the PALETTI interface. The production data is displayed in real time. An expert mode allows individual optimizations.
Thanks to the multi-gripper, the RS 400 achieves maximum format flexibility. Delta, Slim Jim, DP or Heavy Tabloid. Loose or strapped bundles - everything is palletized quickly and safely.
When changing the production e.g. from stacks to logs production, the palletizing robot automatically changes the gripping tool. In case of a format change, the gripper automatically adjusts to the new format.
For optimum protection of the products, the RS 400 palletizing robot can provide foils or slip-sheets on individual layers or all layers of the pallet. Even heavy cover boards can be placed as an option.
We offer customers an integrated, comprehensive program of various modules to automate the transport of empty and full pallets.
For the fully automatic removal of full pallets to a pallet winder or for storage, a connection to AGVs is possible (guided or free-moving).
