In the infeed, the products are aligned as individual products or in a shingled stream and, if necessary, pulled apart for clean stacking. With the help of press rolls, air is pushed out for better stacking result. Laser sensors take over the exact product count.
Special guides in the collecting revolving basket and optimized separators ensure acopy-perfect stacking of perfect packages. These are safely transferred to a directly connected strapping unit.
Packages are safely handed over to the inline strapping unit and aligned. The stacks can be tied or banded with plastic straps in different widths and thicknesses.
After stacking and strapping, the handy stacks can be placed on pallets manually or fully automated using palletizing robots.
